Accessing the Reports Dashboard

  1. Log in to Auction Management.

  2. Select your organization.

  3. Click Reports from the main menu.


Featured Reports

What They Are
High-level, prebuilt reports that summarize your auction activity.

How to Generate a Featured Report

  1. Scroll to Featured Reports.

  2. Click Generate Report under your chosen option.

  3. Select an auction from the dropdown.

  4. Click Create – the report will download automatically.

Interactive View
Some reports open directly in your browser for filtering, sorting, and exporting.


Reports Library

What It Is
A complete list of available reports for both download and interactive viewing.

Report Icons

  • Green – Interactive (filter, customize, and export)

  • Blue – PDF download


Generating & Viewing Reports

Downloadable Report (PDF)

  1. Click a blue marked report.

  2. Select the auction.

  3. Click Create – it downloads automatically.

Interactive Report

  1. Click a green marked report.

  2. Apply filters or adjust columns.

  3. Save, export to XLS or PDF, or print.


Saving & Favoriting Reports

Save a Custom Report

  1. In an interactive report, click Save As.

  2. Name the report and click Save – it appears in Saved Reports.

Favorite a Report
Click the heart icon to mark a report as a favorite – it appears in your Favorites tab.


Adding Your Logo

  1. Click the Settings gear in the bottom left.

  2. Drag & drop your logo or click Upload.

  3. Click Save – future reports will include your logo.


Downloading Reports

How to Download

  • Click the ellipsis () on a report.

  • Select Download.

  • Find it in the Downloads section of the dashboard.

Available Formats

  • PDF – for printing or archiving

  • XLS – for spreadsheet analysis


Reports Menu Filters

  • Documents – PDF downloads

  • Interactive – In-browser reports

  • System Reports – Default templates

  • Downloads – All past report downloads


Key Metrics Definitions

Buyer Metrics

  • Lots Sold – Count of lots sold

  • Average Sale Price – Total Hammer ÷ Lots Sold

  • Net Income – Income after deductions

  • Registered Bidders – Total registered

  • Winning Bidders – Unique bidders who purchased

Buyer Invoice Breakdown

  • Hammer Value (Sold) – Sold lots

  • Hammer Value (Buy Back) – Buy back lots

  • Total Hammer Value – All sold + buy back

  • Tax, Fees, BP, Surcharges, Discounts, Rounding, Total – Invoice breakdown

Seller Settlement Breakdown

  • Seller Lot Expenses, Commission, Tax – Seller costs

  • Total – Combined seller deductions

Payment Types

  • Cash, Check, Global Payments – Sorted by payment type

  • Total – Combined revenue

Lot Statuses

  • Not Clerked, Sold, Passed, Buy Back, Hold – Count by status

Financial Totals

  • Gross Revenue – Buyer + Seller metrics

  • Owed to Sellers – Hammer – Seller Costs

  • Net Revenue – Gross – Owed to Sellers

  • Auction Expenses, Salesperson Commission, Tax – Deductions

  • Net Income – Final total after expenses
