Step 1: Enable Card Reader Transactions
To get started, our team will need to configure your Global Payments account within AF360.
Contact Support – Reach out to our team at [email protected] to have your Global Payments credentials securely added to your account. This can only be done by authorized Admin, Billing, or Superuser roles.
Add Your Device – Once credentials are entered, you can add your card reader:
Go to the Terminal Devices section in AF360.
Click Add Device.
In the Name field, enter a label for the terminal (e.g., "Front Desk Terminal").
In the Device ID field, enter the full ID exactly as provided by Global Payments, including the
cedevice::prefix.Save the terminal.

Step 2: Accept a Card-Present Payment
Once your device is added, you can start processing card-present transactions.
Navigate to the Settlement Details page for the invoice or buyer you wish to charge.
Select “Card Present” as the payment method.
Confirm transaction total and any applicable surcharges.
Choose your terminal from the list of available devices.
Swipe, tap, or insert the card on the reader when prompted.
Confirmation will appear in AF360 once the payment is successfully processed.
Receipts & Printing
Digital Receipts – You can access detailed transaction records through your Global Payments OpenEdge portal.
Printed Receipts – Hard copy receipt support was introduced in AF360 v3.76.0. If you're using an earlier version, printing may not be available.
Coming Soon: Canadian Terminal Support
Support for Ingenico Lane 3000 (Canada) is under development and expected in a future release. This device requires special software (RCM) that we are currently working with Global Payments to certify.
