AF360 offers granular role-based access. Here’s what each role allows:
Owner – Full access, including adding/removing other owners
Administrator – Full system access, except owner changes
Manager – Full access, no user/role edits
Cataloging – Full cataloging access, including seller expenses
Limited Cataloging – Cataloging access, excluding accounting sections
Check In – Check in customers, access customers and mailing lists
Clerking – Clerk sales (pre-cataloged and on-the-fly)
Settlement > Add Receipt – Settle bidders by adding receipts
Settlement > Pay Customer – Settle sellers by adding payments
Roles also determine auction-level access and permissions.
