AF360 comes with 12 ready-made system reports. This article lists each one, tells you what it shows, and helps you pick the right one.
Open Reports
Log in to AF360.
In the menu across the top, click Reports. AF360 opens the Reporting portal in a new look, with a dark teal sidebar on the left.
In the sidebar, click Reports Library to see every report as a card.
Heads up: Use Reports in the top menu. The green REPORTS button on the Auctions page opens the older Organization Reports list, not the new Reporting portal.
Under Reports in the sidebar you will find: Reports Library, Favorites, Saved Reports, Documents, Interactive, System Reports, and Downloads. All AF360 users can see Reports.
Document reports and Interactive reports
Every report is one of two types. The card tells you which one.
What you see on the card | What it means |
Blue header with a PDF icon | Document report. Covers one auction and gives you a PDF. |
Green header with a table icon | Interactive report. Shows a table for a date range that you can filter, sort, and download. |
AuctionFlex logo badge | System report provided by AuctionFlex. |
Initials badge | A saved copy of a report. |
Heart icon | Click it to add the report to your Favorites. |
The 12 system reports
Report | Type | What it shows / when to use it |
Auction Catalog | Document (PDF) | A catalog with lot titles, descriptions, and preview images. Use it when you need a printable catalog for an auction. |
Auction Summary | Document (PDF) | A breakdown of auction sales, payment types, invoices, and lots. Use it to track performance, payments received, and outstanding balances. |
Consignor Auction Overview | Document (PDF) | Itemized sales and expenses for each lot sold by consignors at a given auction. |
Consignor Settlement Totals | Document (PDF) | A brief summary of consignor settlement totals for a single auction. |
Lot Labels: Avery 5160 | Document (PDF) | A PDF for printing lot labels in Avery 5160 format. |
Consignor Lot Summary | Interactive | Lots from recent auctions with consignor information. |
Global Payments Transaction Details | Interactive | Global Payments transactions from recent auctions. |
Invoices Created Last 30 Days | Interactive | All invoices created recently. |
Lot Performance | Interactive | Lot performance for recent auctions, including reserve prices, hammer prices, and buyer information. |
Paid Invoices | Interactive | Fully paid invoices from recent auctions. |
Transaction Details | Interactive | Financial transactions from recent auctions, with payment methods and customers. |
Unpaid Invoices | Interactive | Invoices with an outstanding balance from recent auctions. |
Note: Interactive reports start with the date filter Auction End set to This Month, even where a card description mentions recent auctions or a number of days. You can change the date range at any time.

Reports cannot be scheduled or emailed from AF360. To share a report, download it and send the file yourself.
