Run an Interactive Report in AF360 (Consignor Lot Summary)

Interactive reports show a table on screen that you can filter, sort, and download. This article uses Consignor Lot Summary as the example. Every Interactive report works the same way.

1. Open the report

  1. In the top AF360 menu, click Reports.

  2. In the sidebar, click Interactive.

  3. Click the Consignor Lot Summary card.

  4. The report runs on its own. Give it a few seconds to load.

2. Get to know the screen

  • Header: the report name and description, a heart (favorite), a Save As button, and a three-dot menu (⋮).

  • Toolbar: a search (magnifier) icon, Filters, and Columns.

  • Filter chips: the filters currently applied. The report starts with Auction End set to This Month.

  • Reset All: clears your filters.

3. Change the date range

  1. Click the Auction End filter chip.

  2. Under Quick Ranges, pick one: Today, This Year, Last Year, This Month, Last Month, This Quarter, Last Quarter, Last 30 Days, or Last 7 Days.

  3. Or type exact dates in mm/dd/yyyy format. Use Equals for a single date, or From and To for a custom range.

  4. To go back to the starting range, click Reset in the popup.

Tip: If you see fewer rows than you expected, check the date filter first. Most surprises come from the date range. The report starts on This Month, so older auctions will not show until you widen the range.

4. Add a filter

Any column in the report can become a filter. For example, you can filter by Auction Name, Consignor Id, Clerk Status, Lot Hammer Price, Buyer Code, or Bidder Number.

  1. Click Filters in the toolbar. The Add filter panel opens.

  2. Type in the search box to find a column, or scroll the list.

  3. Check the box next to the column you want to filter on. A new filter chip appears.

  4. Click the new chip and set its value.

  5. Use All or Clear at the top of the panel to select or clear every filter at once.

5. Choose your columns

  1. Click Columns in the toolbar.

  2. Check the columns you want to see and uncheck the ones you do not. Use the search box to find a column quickly.

  3. Use All to show everything, Clear to uncheck everything, or Reset to go back to the default columns.

  4. Click Update Table to apply your changes.

Important: Your column changes do not take effect until you click Update Table.

Default columns for Consignor Lot Summary: Auction Id, Auction Name, Auction End, Lot Id, Lot Number, Lot Name, Clerk Status, Lot Hammer Price, Quantity Sold, Total Lot Hammer, Consignor First Name, Consignor Last Name, Seller Lot Expenses, Lot Commission, Lot Seller Tax, and Buyer Code.

6. Sort, search, and page through results

  • Sort: click any column header to sort by that column.

  • Drill in: Auction Id, Auction Name, and Lot Name show as links you can click.

  • Search: click the magnifier icon in the toolbar to search the results.

  • Page through: the counter shows something like "Showing 1 to 100 of N entries". Use the page buttons to move between pages.

  • Rows per page: use the entries-per-page dropdown at the bottom to show 10, 25, 50, or 100 rows.

  • Wide reports: the table scrolls left and right, so scroll sideways to see more columns.

7. Start over if you need to

Click Reset All next to the filter chips to clear your filters and start fresh.

8. Download the results

  1. Click the three-dot button (⋮) at the top right of the report.

  2. Click Download.

  3. The file is prepared as a download job and appears on the Downloads page. See Find Your Report Downloads in AF360.

Reports cannot be scheduled or emailed from AF360.
