The Downloads page lists the download jobs you start from Interactive reports. This article explains what shows up there and where to look when you cannot find a file.
Open the Downloads page
In the top AF360 menu, click Reports.
In the sidebar, click Downloads.
The page shows a table with these columns: Actions, Title, and Requested At. A Search box above the table helps you find a job by name.
If you have not started any download jobs yet, you will see the message "Download jobs will be listed here."
How long downloads stay
Download jobs stay on the Downloads page for 7 days.
What appears on the Downloads page
Report type | Where the file goes |
Interactive reports (green cards) | Run as a download job. They appear on the Downloads page. |
Document reports (blue cards, PDF) | The PDF goes straight to your computer. It does not appear on the Downloads page. |
Where to look first
Downloaded an Interactive report? Open the Downloads page in the Reporting portal.
Created a PDF from a Document report (like Auction Summary)? Check your browser's downloads first. The file is named like YYYY-MM-DD_auction-summary.pdf.
Not sure which kind of report you ran? Green card with a table is Interactive. Blue card with a PDF icon is Document. See AF360 System Reports: What Each Report Shows.
To learn the steps for each type, see Run an Interactive Report in AF360 (Consignor Lot Summary) and Run a PDF Report in AF360 (Auction Summary).
