Export your lot list and bidder list from MyHiBid.com, then upload both files to your third-party shipping service. This article covers each export and the import.
Find your auction
Log in to MyHiBid.com.
Go to Past Auctions at the top.
Find the auction you need.
Export the lot list
At the bottom middle of the auction, select Lot Stats.
Select Export. An Excel file downloads.
Export the bidder list
In MyHiBid.com, go to the same auction and select Registrations.
Select Export.
Import into your shipping service
Log in to your third-party shipping service account.
Go to the import or sync section.
Upload the two spreadsheets you exported from MyHiBid.
Your shipping service matches the data and prepares it for your workflow.
