Fast entry consolidates everything you need in one tight page, best for when you have a large number of lots to rapidly add to your inventory but still need the tools to refine them in the moment.
To get to the Fast Entry page, click on Fast Entry in the upper right corner.
The Fast Entry page is broken up into three adjustable columns:
Lot List: This shows all current lots. You can learn more about it here: Using the Lots List & Selection Menu
Fast Entry: This is where new lots are input.
Details: When a lot is selected, the details column is where information is input. You can learn more about it here: Using the Details Column
Further, when a lot is selected, the Selection Menu will appear. You can learn about it as part of the Lots List here: Using the Lots List & Selection Menu
Fast Entry
Click, drag, and drop an image or pdf onto the dotted lined box or click Select Files to begin.
2. Once you’ve added files, the Media drop down will appear, showing all the files you have uploaded. Note that PDFs are separated from images.
3. Fill in the rest of the information and click Enter.
4. The lot is now created.
