The Import function allows you to import manifests into Auction Flex 360.
From the workspace, click Import.
2. You’ll be brought to the Import page; you have two options for Import Destination:
Import to Inventory: this option imports the files as items to your Item Workspace without assigning them to a specific auction. You can learn more about the Item Workspace here: Navigating the Item Workspace
Import to Specific Auction: this imports the items in your file directly to a specific auction you have already created.
3. To import to a specific manifest, use the Manifest box to search for it.
4. With our import destination selected, we can now upload our file. If you are on desktop, you can click, drag, and drop the file into the Drop box. However, if you are in the cloud, you will need to click the Upload button and manually select the file from the explorer.
5. With the file uploaded, click Next.
6. Auction Flex 360 will scan the file for data and present it to you to assign fields to. For each column header, click Assign Field and select the closest field option from the dropdown list. Once you have assigned fields for each column header, click Next.
Note: you can also save and reuse layouts by clicking the Choose Layout dropdown menu and selecting Save New Layout. You will need to give your new layout a title before clicking Save.
7. You will need to review the import and ensure all errors are fixed before continuing. All fields are editable in the import; click the textbox field of the error and make any necessary edits.
8. With the errors fixed, click Next.
9. The Import is now complete. Click Go to Auction to be returned to the Workspace.
