Within your auction, click Items.
In the left panel there are three different tabs within the Inventory Workspace:

You can use the filters at the top of the screen to view past sold items, items that are part of a current event, and items that can be moved into an event with a positive on hand qty. You can use the toolbar at the bottom of the screen to select, move to an event, or open in the Workspace for editing. You can learn more here: Using the Items List & Selection Menu
Workspace: this is your workshop for your inventory, either in an event, or for building lots for a future event. Equipped with multiple entry tools (Gallery, Fast Entry, and Barcode Scan), you have every avenue you’ll need to get items in the way that works best for you. You can learn more below.
Item Types: allows you to create fully customizable information fields for specific classes of items. This will ensure that whoever is entering the item provides the exact needed information for your business needs. These fields can be used for the Description and be visible to everyone, or they can be internal. You can learn more here: Item Types
