The Items List allows you to filter, sort, and browse through all of your items in a controlled, quick-view environment. It has its own dedicated page but is also the left most column on every tool in the Workspace.
You can use the Filter options to control what populates the list:
Clicking the Search icon will allow you to search for specific items in your inventory.
Next, click the Columns options to control what information you see:
Finally, the Import function lets you import excel and CSV file manifests into Auction Flex 360, the process of which is documented here: Import Function
Creating an Item in the Item List
Click New Item in the upper right corner.
You will then be directed to the Details Page, the use of and process for is detailed here: Using the Details Column
Selection Menu
Clicking anywhere on an item will select it, bringing up the Selection Menu. It provides a quick snapshot of how many items you’ve selected, as well as the following functions:
Select All: selects all items in the inventory.
Delete Items: deletes all selected items.
Assign to Auction: moves the selected lots to a different auction, as shown in Migrate Lots below.
Open in Item Workspace: this will take you to the item in the Media Gallery.
X: closes the menu and deselects all items.
Assign to Auction
With the item selected, click Assign to Auction.
2. Use the Select Auction search box to find the auction you want to assign the item to.
3. Click the Quantity box and select either:
Use One: creates a lot using only one of the total Item Quantity.
Use All Available: creates lots for every item in the Item Quantity.
4. Next, select either:
Use Next Lot #: assigns the next available lot number to the created lot(s).
Start at Lot #: allows you to set the initial lot number, which subsequent lot numbers of the same batch will follow after.
5. Click Add Items.
The lots have now been created and assigned and can be further edited in the Lot Workspace.
