1. Prerequisites Before Uploading
Ensure the following checklist is completed before uploading.
2. Uploading the Auction to HiBid
Click into the auction you want to publish
Navigate to the Auction Day tab
Click Upload Auction in the upper right-hand corner
Tip: You can re-upload any changes later — such as updated lot descriptions or image additions.
Don't see the "Upload Auction" button? Your Auction Flex 360 account isn't paired with HiBid yet. See Connect Auction Flex 360 to HiBid to pair your account, then log out and back in — the button will appear on the Auction Day tab.
3. Making Post-Upload Changes
If changes are needed:
Open the auction in Auction Flex 360
Make your changes (i.e. update lot information, add pictures, change starting bids, etc.)
Once changes are finalized, navigate to Auction Day and click Upload Auction

Q: Why don't I see the Upload Auction button?
A: Your Auction Flex 360 account isn't paired with HiBid yet. Pair it under Misc. → Company Details → Manage Auction Listing Service (see Connect Auction Flex 360 to HiBid), then log out and back in.
Q: What if my auction isn’t showing up on HiBid after upload?
A: Double-check that the auction was uploaded. If needed, click the Upload Auction button again.
Q: How long does it take to appear on HiBid?
A: Typically, within a few minutes. Large auctions with many images may take longer.
Q: Can I remove an auction from HiBid after upload?
A: Yes. You can unpublish or delete the auction on HiBid, or make it private if changes are still pending.
