You're here because you're ready to run your first sale on Auction Flex 360 — and this page is your roadmap. It walks you through the whole flow in the order we recommend, with links for every step. Bookmark it and come back as you work; most auctioneers move through these steps over a few days, not all at once.

Start in the Details and Upload Settings tabs. This is the skeleton of your sale — dates, terms, and how your auction will present itself — so lock it in first, including adding your consignors if you work with them.

You've got several cataloging options depending on your workflow — and you can mix and match.

The Auction Flex Cataloging app is the easiest and fastest way to catalog. Snap photos, scan barcodes, and build your lots right from your phone, with AI-generated titles and descriptions if you want them. It even works offline once you start a session while connected, so you can catalog pretty much anywhere.

Once your lots are cataloged, hop back into Auction Flex 360 to review everything in the Lot List, make any edits, set your sale order, and get it ready to go live.

You won't be figuring this out alone.
