When your auction is listed on HiBid, one thumbnail image represents it in search results and category listings. Featured Images let you control which image(s) appear there.
Rotation Priority
Uploaded Featured Images (highest priority) — if you upload images directly to the Featured Images panel, the thumbnail rotates only through those images.
Featured Lots — if none are uploaded but some lots are marked featured, the thumbnail rotates only through those lots' images.
Default — otherwise, the thumbnail rotates through every lot's images, updating whenever the auction is refreshed or changed.
Uploading a Featured Image
Open your auction, then click the Pre Auction tab.
Select the Details sub-tab.
On the right side of the screen, find the Featured Images panel.
Drag and drop your image file into the drop zone, or click the upload button to browse your computer for a file. Repeat to add more images.
Marking Lots as Featured
If you'd rather feature specific lots without uploading separate images, right-click a lot in your lot grid (make sure the Featured column is visible) and choose Toggle Featured. Repeat for every lot you want included, or right-click again to remove it.
