To export lots from AF360:
Navigate to the Lots page.
Select the lots you want to export.
Click Export.
Enter the email address where you'd like to receive the export-completion notification.
Select the fields you want to include — there are 22 field options available for each lot.
At the bottom of the field list, you can also choose to export images, and specify how they should be named for easy re-import into other platforms.
After clicking Export, AF360 will refresh and display a confirmation message.
Once the export is complete, you'll receive an email confirming it's ready. Return to AF360 to retrieve and download the file.
