You can define shipping availability for your entire catalog or for individual lots. This ensures that bidders on HiBid know which items are eligible for shipping before placing bids.
Setting Catalog-Wide Shipping Options
Open the desired auction.
Go to Pre-Auction → Details.
Under the section titled Shipping / Buyer Charges, locate the Availability drop-down menu.
You will have three options:
No Shipping Offered
→ Marks all lots in the catalog as shipping not available on HiBid.Shipping Offered on All Lots
→ Marks all lots in the catalog as shipping available on HiBid.Shipping Determined by Lot
→ Allows you to set the shipping status individually for each lot instead of for the entire catalog.
Setting Shipping Status per Lot
Note: The options below are only available if the Availability setting is Shipping Determined by Lot.
Go to Pre-Auction → Lots.
Click Edit next to the lot you wish to update.
To mark the lot as shippable, check the box labeled Shipping.
To mark the lot as no shipping available, leave the Shipping box unchecked.
Alternative Access While Cataloging
You can also adjust these same shipping settings while cataloging. After creating a lot, choose Save / Edit to open the lot details and set the shipping option immediately.
