Custom pages let you add dedicated content to your branded HiBid site (yourcompany.hibid.com) — for example, a page supporting a specific marketing goal or promotion.
How to Request Custom Pages
Custom pages aren't enabled by default. To request access, submit a request through the Page Edits section of your My.HiBid homepage — your username, Company ID, and subdomain are included automatically.
After you submit, our auctioneer support team will follow up with a few quick questions to scope your request:
Are you exploring the feature, or do you have a specific use in mind?
Is there a particular marketing goal or type of page you plan to create?
Once we have your answers, we'll open a ticket to review your request and follow up with next steps.
Good to Know
Custom pages are reviewed and set up by the HiBid team — they aren't enabled instantly on request.
If you have questions before requesting, you can contact auctioneer support and reference your Company ID and subdomain.
