Overview
Once you’ve activated your Auction Flex 360 subscription, you will need to connect your account to HiBid to upgrade from the Free Trial to the full version. This process takes approximately five minutes and enables you to upload auctions to the HiBid marketplace.
Steps to Link Auction Flex 360 with HiBid
1. Reset Your HiBid Password
Go to My.HiBid.com
Click Forgot Password and follow the prompts to reset your password.
This ensures you are using your active HiBid seller credentials.
2. Enter Your HiBid Credentials in Auction Flex 360
Open Auction Flex 360.
Go to Miscellaneous → Company Details → Manage Auction Listing Service.
Enter your My.HiBid username and password.
Important: Your username is not your email address.
If you did not receive the automated email containing your username, please contact your Account Executive for assistance. If you don’t have one or are unable to reach them, call our Support line at 844-775-4774 (Monday–Friday, 9 AM–6 PM ET; Saturday, 9 AM–4 PM ET), or call our Sales line at 844-775-4621, where someone will take a message if no one is available to answer.
3. Refresh Your Software
After linking your account:
Log out of Auction Flex 360
Log back in to complete the update
Once complete, the Upload Auction button will appear in the Auction Day tab.
Completion
You have successfully connected Auction Flex 360 to HiBid. You may now begin uploading auctions directly to the marketplace.
